Je possède cette miniature depuis Janvier 2022, je ne l'ai jamais sorti de sa boite, ni dévisser de son socle.
La miniature n'a jamais été exposé au soleil.
Elle ne possède aucune pièce cassée, ni de défauts de peinture.
Tout est neuf. Il y'a cependant une petite trace de colle sur la portière gauche, au niveau de la poignée de porte, mais cela est très faible.
Merci de bien étudier les photos et éventuels défauts (si vous en voyez), car je n'accepte pas les retours.
Concernant la boite, elle est à l'état neuve : elle n'est pas décolérer, déchirer ou autres.
Tout les accessoires sont présents (Certificat, livre, outil pour ouvrir les portes)

I have owned this miniature since January 2022, I have never taken it out of its box, nor unscrewed it from its base.
The miniature has never been exposed to the sun.
It has no broken parts or paint defects.
Everything is new. However, there is a small trace of glue on the left door, at the door handle, but this is very small.
Please study the photos and possible defects (if you see any), because I do not accept returns.
